What we collect

Forms. When you request a demo or an order, we store what you type: name, email, organization, resort, and your message. We use it to reply and to run our sales pipeline. We do not sell it or share it with third parties beyond the processors below.

Site analytics.We record first-party usage events on xyzski.com (pages viewed, demo interactions, form submissions) keyed to a random identifier stored in your browser — not to your name or email. When Google Analytics is enabled, GA sets its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.

Embed beacons. The embed installed on resort websites reports aggregate usage — view, expand, and interaction counts per resort. Beacons carry no personal data, no cookies, and no identifiers of the person viewing the map.

What we never collect

• No personal data from guests of resorts that install the embed.
• No location data from anyone.
• No advertising identifiers; we run no ad trackers.

Processors

We host on Vercel, store data in Supabase, and send email via Resend. Payment details, when applicable, go directly to Stripe — card numbers never touch our servers.

Retention and your rights

Lead records are kept while they are commercially relevant; ask and we will show you, correct, or delete anything we hold about you. Write to hello@xyzski.com — a human reads it.
